Kelly provides a 3 Hour session of Yoga Mindfulness and cooking workshop with a focus on healthy eating based in Clarendon School Hampton Middlesex
The sessions include yoga practiced in a nurturing and safe environment Team-building games, Mindfulness, relaxation and breathing techniques, music and movement: all activities that encourage their imagination to sore and allow them to reach their full potential. Towards the end of the session the Yogis will sit down to a healthy meal that they have prepared themselves. The session ends with a completed certificate of participation
